At the top of this power is a device which siphons the magical energy of the Dark Ring. Using the power contained within the tower, a mage can perform incredible feats of low magic. They can create new spells, forge legendary items, and even bend aether itself. Any novice mage can wield the power of a lich with the tower under their control.
