And while yes, Zell is a military machine, the nation itself is non-aggressive in areas that it has added into its empire. This leads to a fascinating cognitive dissonance. Zell’s actions have led to the death of thousands and yet for many they are as benevolent a leadership as one could ask for on the continent of Ramesh. |
