The Titans are beings as old as the universe. They are said to have walked in the world after the beginning. It is said that they know the secrets of the universe like the High Gods but hold their tongues in silence. This is also because the Titans have either all been banished from the Rings to another dimension or are imprisoned in long forgotten bastions deep within mountains or underneath the crust of the Prime Ring.
Unknown Origins
Nobody knows how or why the Titans were created. Long ago it was said that they waged a war against the Material Gods for supremacy over the Rings. In the end, it was the Material Gods of old who defeated the Titans and secured themselves as the overarching divinity across the land. Academics have interpreted this to mean that the Titans are a separate proto divinity that was out competed in the early stages of the universe.
